1. WHO WE ARE
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website innershiftembodied.com and the services offered through it (the "Site"). The Site and its services are operated by Inner Shift Embodied ("we", "us", "our", "Inner Shift Embodied", or "the Practice"), a business is registered in Canada.

You can reach us at hello@innershiftembodied.com.
By accessing the Site, booking a consultation, or purchasing any product, session, program, or membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. THE NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
Dr. Mona Ali is a trauma-informed practitioner, hypnotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner, somatic therapist, and Yoga Nidra teacher. Our services support wellbeing, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and personal development.
Our services are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Hypnotherapy, somatic work, NLP, Yoga Nidra, mindfulness sessions, and all related programs and products are provided for personal support and development. They are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Nothing on the Site or in any session should be taken as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

If you are under the care of a healthcare professional, or taking prescribed medication, we recommend you consult them before beginning any of our services. Never stop or change treatment based on your work with us.

You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing throughout your work with us. By booking, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and that you take full responsibility for your own choices, actions, and results.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Every person responds differently. We share our approach, experience, and honest expectations, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or timeframe. Your results depend on many factors, including your own engagement, history, and circumstances. Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions of past client experiences are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.

4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services. By using the Site, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. CONSULTATIONS, PACKAGES AND HOW WE WORK
The consultation is a clinical assessment. After your consultation and intake, Dr. Mona Ali determines and recommends the appropriate package, pathway, or program length for you. You are not purchasing a fixed menu item; you are entering a professional relationship in which the right container is prescribed based on assessment.

The intake form must be completed at least [48] hours before your consultation so that your session is prepared. Failure to complete the intake in time may result in your consultation being rescheduled.

Consultation credit. If you book a package or program within [48] hours of your consultation, your consultation fee is credited toward that purchase. Outside that window, the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown on the Site and may differ by region (for example, our North America/Europe rate and our MENA rate). The applicable rate is confirmed at the consultation stage.

Payments are processed through our third-party provider, [GoHighLevel / payment processor name], and any additional payment processors they use. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well as ours. We do not store your full card details.

All prices are stated in [CURRENCY] unless otherwise noted. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, currency conversion, or bank fees that apply to you.

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to make each scheduled payment on time. Missed payments may pause your access until the balance is brought current.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS
Rescheduling sessions. Please give at least [24 / 48] hours' notice to reschedule a 1:1 session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited.

Packages and programs. Because packages are prescribed and reserved specifically for you, they are non-refundable once begun. Unused sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Digital products. Audio products, the Clarity Map, and other downloadable or self-paced digital items are [non-refundable once accessed / delivered], to the extent permitted by law.

Membership. The membership renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site and within our products and programs, including text, audio, video, the Emotional Freedom Reset™ name and materials, session recordings, worksheets, the Clarity Map, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access the material you bought, for your own use.

You may not copy, record, share, resell, distribute, or publish our materials, or reproduce any session, without our written permission.

9. YOUR CONDUCT
When using the Site, community spaces, classes, or programs, you agree to behave respectfully toward us and other participants, and not to disrupt sessions, misuse our materials, or use the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms or behave abusively.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (for example [GoHighLevel, scheduling, membership, community platforms, podcast hosts]). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on the Site, with the "last updated" date shown at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Canada, except where local consumer law gives you rights in your own country that cannot be overridden.
